Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Multifactor authentication is a security "Best Practice" of requiring more than one method to verify access credentials during authentication

There are a lot of terms that roughly mean the same thing.

MFA - Multi-factor Authentication
OTP - One-time password (~MFA Token)
2FA - Two-factor authentication
